Shipping and Handling Charges:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Orders must be prepaid either by check, money order or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). If paying by check, order will be held for check to clear (7-10 working days). There will be a $20 service charge for returned checks. If paying by Cashier's Check, customer will be notified of the exact amount and the order will be shipped when the check is received. Shipping: We ship UPS ground on most orders unless otherwise requested. Orders shipped to Alaska, Canada or Hawaii, add 10% of total order. International Shipping: Actual shipping charges plus a $4.00 packaging and handling fee. The customer must "pre-pay" these orders by Credit Card or Cashier's Check made payable in US Dollars. Unmounted stamps are 1/2 the normal shipping cost. If anything other than unmounted stamps are included in the order, the full shipping charge applies.
