How to create this card:
On Navy card, place several strips of 1/8" and 1/4" Miracle Tape. Press down firmly. Peel off top layer of tape. Apply leafing flakes. Stamp Sun several times and emboss with assorted metallic powders. Stamp and emboss Happy Birthday with similar powders. Layer all onto gold card.
